T-Mobile Arena Las Vegas’ new sports and entertainment venue, located just west of the famed Las Vegas Strip behind the New York New York Hotel and Casino is planing on opening with a series of big name high profile shows. The opening night, Wednesday, April 6th, is, of course, slated to feature a blockbuster show featuring Las Vegas Icon Wayne Newton, the Killers and Shamir, highlighting the past, present and future of Las Vegas music scene. the next night April 7th a blockbuster double-bill featuring Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande has been booked, and on April 8th T-Mobile hosts the highly-anticipated return of the original lineup of Gun N Roses an event that has been eagerly anticipated years.
Other events confirmed for the T-Mobile Arena opening schedule include UFC 200 in July, the Harlem Globetrotters, George Strait, Garth Brooks, Dixie Chicks, Janet Jackson, UNLV/Duke college basketball, and the 2016 PBR World Finals. The venue will have numerous VIP experiences, highlighted by Hyde Lounge, an exclusive nightclub with unrivaled views of all the sports and entertainment action below.
