Since I get this question about once a day I decided to dedicate a page to answering it.

I (Chris Hornak) am originally from New York. I started in this industry just filling in for friends, never thinking that I’d end up doing it full time.  This went on for a while and soon people began giving my phone number to their friends and their friends and so on.
